Introduction

Opus Digital (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) operates the opusdigital.tech website and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Personal Data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and trade industry when you submit our contact form or request a quote.
  • Automatically Collected Data: basic device type, referring source, pages visited, and website actions through anonymous, cookie-free first-party analytics. IP addresses may be used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Payment Information: if you become a client, billing details are processed securely through third-party payment processors, we never store card numbers ourselves.
  • Signature Data: if you sign a service agreement electronically, we store the signed record (including your drawn signature, timestamp, and IP address) as legal documentation of the agreement.
  • Knox AI Assistant Data: questions, answers, pages visited during the conversation, and any contact details you choose to submit for a human follow-up.

Knox AI Assistant

Knox is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information. Opus Digital uses conversation data to answer questions, improve sales follow-up, prevent abuse, and understand which services visitors care about. Knox conversations are retained by Opus Digital for up to 30 days. We send only the information needed to generate a response to our AI service provider, with provider-side response storage disabled. Human follow-up happens only when you submit contact details and consent to be contacted.

Use of Your Information

  • Generate and send you quotes or proposals for our services.
  • Email you regarding your inquiry, project status, or service updates.
  • Improve our website and services based on your feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities on our site.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business (e.g., email providers, hosting services, payment processors), and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Opus Digital, our clients, or the public.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
