Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Opus Digital website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

License and Site Access

Opus Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

Services and Pricing

We offer custom website design and hosting services on a subscription basis. Pricing is as stated on our pricing section. A one-time $500 onboarding fee, which includes your first month of service, is due at signup; recurring billing begins 30 days after your website goes live. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Services are billed monthly unless annual billing is selected.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the fees and charges that you incur. Billing cycles are either monthly or annual depending on your plan.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months, and advance payments are non-refundable. Your domain is registered in your name and remains your property at all times.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Opus Digital, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or website.

Modification of Terms

Opus Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
